1 - Booking Fee - $25
Includes time reservation up to one hour; any additional time comes with a $5 surcharge per 30-minute block
2 - Preparation Phase - $50
During this phase, conversation regarding expectations from parents is discussed.
A master questionnaire is given for review, selected questions will be printed and given to future attendees to complete for incorporation into publication.
If parents choose to terminate service, reservation fee will be refunded.
2 - Documentary-Style Photoshoot
Standard rate is $50 per 30-minute block
Set-Up is uncharged for indoor events (lighting)
Second Shooter maybe required depending on size of event, this may increase price (can be discussed if necessary).
4 - Publication Review
Prior to printing, a proof is sent to owners to review. After the event, a brief window of 3 to 5 days is given for parents to think about anything else they would like incorporated into the publication.
Once the first draft is complete, a sit-down or PDF proof (via zoom) review occurs. Live feedbacks assists in refining the drafts until they become the story the parents want their future children too read someday.
The first two revisions are uncharged, all following revisions have a $15 fee for time.
5 - Publication Print
The cost for each publication varies depending on the amount being printed. Due to their being less printed requests, prices for each customized publication runs a few dollars higher than the public releases as they receive a bulk discount when ordered.
Page amount is also a factor that affects price.; total cost is usually discussed during the Publication Review. And don't worry, more prints can always be ordered at another time.
The First Proof Copy is ordered (free of charge) for layout review. If all appears good, the Official Print occurs.
Be prepared to pay a minimum of $25 for a single copy of your personal publication.

Booking fees are non-refundable (unless otherwise stated) but may be transferred to a rescheduled session in cases of severe weather, illness, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Not all photos taken during shoot may make it into the publication; this is dependent on narrative flow.

A Full Digital Gallery of all edited photos from the shoot will be available to download at a fixed rate of $2 per image.
